The Mito Foundation Volunteering Opportunity – Office Administrator


The Mito Foundation is seeking a volunteer Office Administrator to perform the following duties:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Company Officers including the Chairman, CEO, Secretary and Treasurer
  • Mailing, filing, banking
  • Records management including donations, membership, contacts
  • Help with events management

This opportunity is based in our head office in Sydney’s CBD with fantastic access to public transport. An estimated 6-8 hours per week spread thoughout the week would be ideal (e.g. two half days) with totally flexible and family friendly working arrangements. Everything required to fulfil this work will be provided.

No specific qualifications are required but some experience in an office environment and computer experience would be preferred.
