Prize draw terms and conditions 

As a thank you for taking part in the Mito Community Survey 2026, survey participants can choose to enter our prize draws. 

To enter either prize draw, you will need to provide your name and contact details when asked. These details will be provided to Mito Foundation solely for the purpose of administering the prize draws and contacting winners. They will be kept separate from your survey responses. 

Complete the core survey 

To enter the first prize draw, you must complete the core survey, choose to enter the draw when asked, and provide your name and contact details. If you complete the core survey, you can enter the draw to win one of: 

  • 5 x double registrations to a 2027 The Bloody Long Walk event of your choice; or 
  • 5 x double registrations to the 2027 Mito Community Summit. 

Each prize includes two registrations. Registrations are fully transferable, so winners can give them to friends or family. 

Complete an additional survey section 

To enter the $50 gift voucher prize draw, you must also complete at least one additional optional section, choose to enter the draw when asked, and provide your name and contact details. If you complete at least one additional optional section of the survey, you can also enter the draw to win one of: 

  • 5 x $50 gift vouchers. 

Terms and conditions 

  • Entry is open to people aged 16 years and over who are eligible to complete the Mito Community Survey 2026. 
  • Entry into the prize draws is optional. You can complete the survey without entering. 
  • To enter the first prize draw, you must complete the core survey and choose to enter the draw when asked. 
  • To enter the $50 gift voucher prize draw, you must also complete at least one additional optional section and choose to enter the draw when asked. 
  • Each person can receive a maximum of one entry into each prize draw. 
  • Entries must be received by 30 September 2026.  
  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. 
  • The draws will take place on 6 November 2026, and winners will be contacted within 10 days using the contact details they provide. 
  • The Bloody Long Walk prizes each include two registrations to a 2027 The Bloody Long Walk event of the winner’s choice. 
  • The Mito Community Summit prizes each include two registrations to the 2027 Mito Community Summit. 
  • The Bloody Long Walk and Mito Community Summit registrations are transferable to another person but are not redeemable for cash. 
  • Any costs associated with attending an event, including travel, accommodation, meals or other expenses, are not included unless expressly stated. 
  • The gift card prizes are each valued at $50 and will be provided as Visa gift cards. Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions, including any expiry date or usage restrictions. 
  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 10 days, Mito Foundation may select another winner at random. 
  • Event registrations are subject to the relevant event organiser’s terms and conditions, including any conditions of entry, cancellation or event changes. 

Contact details provided for the prize draws will be provided to Mito Foundation and used only to administer the draws and contact winners. These details will be kept separate from your survey responses and will not be used to identify your survey responses.
