  • Respect everyone's choice to participate or not to participate.
  • Listen without interrupting or judging when someone speaks.
  • The host or speaker will guide the conversation as necessary.
  • Please take breaks if you need to care for yourself.
  • Avoid giving medical advice, as every case of mito is unique.
  • Keep what is said during the event confidential, and don't share it outside the group.
  • The host may remove anyone from the event who does not abide by the Mito Connect Guidelines.
