Australian Genomics' Mitochondrial Disease Flagship Update

 

Professor Christodoulou AM shared an update on the Australian Genomics Mitochondrial Flagship research project, including a summary of the health economic studies that show the financial benefit of using genomic sequencing early to help diagnose mito. John will also speak of a current application for funding genomic testing for mitochondrial disorders through Medicare.
